No Hate Ambassadors PRO
Mobility Of Youth Workers was held in Bansko, Bulgaria. The project took place from 8th of May until 16th of May and it was hosted by the organization: “SDRUZHENIE ALTERNATIVI INTERNATIONAL”. The main topic of the trainings was ,,Make Europe Hate Free Again”.
This learning mobility project of trainers supported the professional development of youth workers by enabling them to acquire new skills and experiences.

The daily program of the course was based on learning objectives and was facilitated by experienced trainers. On this Erasmus+ project youth workers and youth leaders from countries : Georgia, Armenia, Finland, Moldova and Bulgaria – all together 31 people , came together for several days to develop those participants knowledge, skills and attitude on certain themes related to human rights, no hate speech movement and related topics.
The overall aim and specific objectives of the project were:
· Increasing the competences of youth leaders, youth workers and educators in the field of anti-hate speech activism and Human Rights Education
· Increasing the international dimension of youth work- using digital technologies and art.
· Introducing the badges system, how and where it work
· Assuring a long term , sustainable increase in quality of partner organization – work with human rights issues

During these productive 7 days, youth workers had a chance to attend different types of trainings: First day was organized with introduction games and icebreakers, participants got to know one another and they attended informational trainings about project’s intro and main themes. Next three days included themes about Human Rights and Non-Formal education and its role in No Hate speech movement, also participants got to know about Badgecraft system and how it can be used and implemented in everyday learning process. During the next two days, participants created and facilitated the workshops by themselves and tried to use all introduced materials.

In the end of the project, youth leaders/ trainers talked about their future goals and objectives for job shadowing and youth exchange and they got YouthPass+ certificates. Evaluation and Closing ceremony was really emotional and participants were reminded what they learnt during these days.
